Ms. Heidi Cai joined ChinaAMC (HK) in 2023 to oversee the international business. Heidi has over 17 years of experience in financial industry. Prior to ChinaAMC (HK), Heidi worked as Head of ETF, Indexing and Smart Beta for Amundi in North Asia, as well as various regional roles in BlackRock and State Street. Heidi started her career in finance with HSBC Global Markets in London and Hong Kong. Ms. Cai holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with Honours from Peking University and is pursuing Executive Education with MIT Sloan School of Management.
