Mark is Deputy Head of CQS’s convertible bond business and chairs the Convertible Investment Committee.

Mark’s investment banking background covers convertible bond research, sales, trading and origination. He re-joined CQS in 2014, having previously worked at the Firm from 2008 to 2011. From 1998 to 2008 he was Managing Director and Head of European Convertible Bonds at Bear Stearns International Ltd. Mark began his career in convertible bond research at BZW (now Barclays Capital) and most recently was Global Head of Convertible Bonds and Co-Head of Equity Derivative Sales.
